Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All products and services offered by Visionary Signs LLC are custom-made and made-to-order.This includes but is not limited to:

• • Signs (indoor and outdoor)
• • Vehicle wraps and graphics
• • Banners
• • Printed materials
• • Custom apparel
• • Installation services

Once production has begun on your custom order, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

2. Pre-Production Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. If you need to cancel your order:

• • Cancellations before production starts may be eligible for a full or partial refund
• • Design fees and deposits may be non-refundable if design work has already been completed
• • Cancellation eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis

3. Production Errors

We will provide a refund or remake if there is a production error on our part.Production errors include:

• • Incorrect dimensions or specifications
• • Wrong colors or materials used
• • Printing defects or quality issues
• • Damage during production or installation by our team
• • Failure to produce according to approved artwork

We are NOT responsible for:

• • Errors in customer-provided artwork, text, or measurements
• • Mistakes that were approved by the customer in proofs
• • Damage after installation or delivery (unless installed by us)
• • Normal wear and tear
• • Misuse or improper installation by customer
• • Customer dissatisfaction with approved designs or colors

4. Proof Approval

Before production begins, you will receive a proof or mockup for approval. By approving the proof, you confirm that all text, spelling, colors, sizes, and design elements are correct.Once approved and production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for approved content.

5. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a production error on our part, please follow this process:

1. 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. 2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
3. 3. Include photographs clearly showing the problem
4. 4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
5. 5. If approved, we will either remake the product or issue a refund

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

7. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:

• • Vehicle wraps: Materials as per manufacturer warranty (typically 3-5 years)
• • Signs: 1 year on workmanship; materials as per manufacturer warranty
• • Banners: 90 days on workmanship
• • Printed materials: 30 days on production defects

Warranties do not cover damage from improper installation (unless installed by us), misuse, accidents, weather damage, or normal wear and tear.

8. No Returns on Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with approved designs. Please review all proofs carefully before approval.

9. Disputes

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in additional fees and inability to place future orders.
