2. Products and Services

We provide custom signage, graphics, vehicle wraps, printed materials, branding, and related production services. All products are custom-made to order and produced in Blackfoot, Idaho, United States.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the final product. We will work with you to ensure accuracy before production begins.

3. Orders and Pricing

• • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
• • Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• • Orders require a deposit or full payment before production begins
• • Additional fees may apply for rush orders, complex designs, or specialty materials

4. Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required before or upon completion of your order.

For large or multi-phase projects, we may require a deposit with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be clearly stated on your invoice or contract.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate specifications, measurements, and artwork
• • Reviewing and approving designs before production
• • Ensuring you have the rights to use any logos, images, or content provided
• • Verifying accuracy of proofs - we are not responsible for errors you approve
• • Picking up completed orders within 30 days (storage fees may apply after)

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you provide. We retain ownership of any original designs we create unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You grant us permission to reproduce your provided materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. International Transactions

Visionary Signs LLC operates exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders, ship internationally, or conduct business transactions outside of the United States.

8. Export and Legal Restrictions

Our products and services are intended for lawful use within the United States. You agree not to export or re-export any products in violation of U.S. export laws or use them for any illegal purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visionary Signs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and modifications may incur additional charges.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bingham County, Idaho.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
